RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Thank you for shopping at Dental Products Lab’s www.nopoguard.com site. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
We want to make sure you’re 100% satisfied with your purchase of NopoGuard. We recommend purchasing a NopoGuard single pack first to evaluate in your practice, clinic, or educational institution. If you don’t immediately see the value of NopoGuard, please return it for a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for 5-packs of NopoGuard unless you receive product that is defective or damaged.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the NopoGuard to us. You should send the single pack with any original packaging to Dental Products Lab at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost items in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt or proof of received return delivery.
